S99my Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Trusted Online Casino Platform

S99my reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• A breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.
• The account has been involved in suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
• The account holder is found not to meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• S99my receives instructions from the relevant authorities to do so.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the s99my support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the necessary verification has been completed, provided no terms violations exist that would warrant a balance freeze.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also agree that s99my may:

• Sharing data with third parties where required for payment processing, identity verification, and regulatory compliance purposes – subject to strict data protection measures.

S99my is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a direct result of gameplay decisions – this is a risk that players accept upon agreeing to these terms.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from use of the s99my platform.
• Disruptions or delays caused by circumstances beyond s99my's control, including network issues, power failures, or natural disasters.

S99my's maximum liability to any member under this Agreement is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

S99my reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the amendments take effect. Continued use of the s99my platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
